The salary of each judge of the District Court of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit shall
be supplemented by the county which makes up the judicial circuit, in the amount of eleven

Section 12-10A-1 Compensation of judges - Uniform plan. (a) In recognition of the disparity
in compensation of circuit and district judges caused by varying amounts of local supplements
to state salaries and the need for a uniform plan of compensation, the following comprehensive

Section 45-2-82.42 County salary supplement - Circuit judges and district attorney. (a) It
has come to the attention of the Legislature that the present compensation of the circuit
judges and District Attorney for the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit is somewhat below the
average of that being paid to circuit judges and district attorneys in other judicial circuits
