Section 7-9A-525 Fees. (a) Initial financing statement or other record: General rule. Except
as otherwise provided in subsection (e), and except that no filing fee is required for the
filing of a termination statement pursuant to Section 7-9A-513, the fee for filing and indexing
a record under this part is: (1) $20.00 if the record is communicated in writing and consists
of one or two pages; (2) $20.00 plus $2.00 for each page more than two if the record is communicated
in writing and consists of more than two pages; and (3) $15.00 if the record is communicated
by another medium authorized by filing-office rule. (b) Initial financing statement: Manufactured-housing

Section 32-7C-36 Legislative intent, scope, and construction of article. (a) It is the intent
of the Legislature to provide for uniformity of laws governing TNCs, TNC drivers, and TNC
vehicles throughout the state, and to provide that TNCs, TNC drivers, and TNC vehicles be

Section 45-30-140.05 Fire protection service fee - Approval; construction and application;
subsequent referenda. (a) If a majority of the votes cast at the election are affirmative
votes, the fire protection service fee on each residence, dwelling, and business within the
geographic boundaries of the fire district shall become effective on the first day of the

Section 16-16-10 Disposition of proceeds of bonds. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than
refunding bonds, issued by the authority remaining after paying expenses of their issuance
shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in the State Treasury in a special
