Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state legislature and the Congress of the United States. It shall be a violation of this article for any owner or business entity offering vacation time-sharing plans for sale to the public to fail to keep among its business records the following: (1) A copy of each item required to be submitted to the commission under Section 34-27-51. (a) In Madison County, a special recording fee of four dollars ($4) shall be collected by the judge of probate on each real or personal property, uniform commercial code, judicial, or other instrument recorded or filed for record in the probate court of the county.
