Section 36-6-63 Authority to revise schedule of rates in existing pay plans. The Director of the State Personnel Department shall revise the schedule of rates set forth in the pay plan for state employees and shall certify the same to the state Comptroller, who shall issue warrants in accordance therewith. With respect to all court officials and employees within the Unified Judicial System who serve the trial and appellate courts of the state and the Administrative Office of Courts, the Administrative Director of Courts shall revise the schedule of rates set forth in the pay plan for these court officials and employees to reflect the increase provided in this division, and shall certify the same to the state Comptroller, who shall issue warrants in accordance therewith. Section 45-17-232 Day reporting system. (a) This section shall be applicable only in Colbert County. (b) Any person who has been committed to the county jail in Colbert County under a criminal sentence imposed by the Circuit or District Court of Colbert County, and who has been released on a suspended sentence shall report to the probation office of Colbert County.
