Section 45-2-80.110 Supervision fee; fund established. (a) In Baldwin County, a supervision
fee of twenty dollars ($20) per month shall be levied against any person placed under supervised
probation status of the Juvenile Court of Baldwin County, and shall be assessed, collected,
waived, or determined as provided for in subsection (b). The supervision fee assessed pursuant
to this section shall be in addition to any other costs and charges, including, but not limited
to, court costs, fines, and restitution payments imposed on any person placed on supervised
probation status of the Juvenile Court of Baldwin County. (b) The supervision fee imposed
by this section shall be assessed against the probationer, his or her parent or guardian,
or both individuals by the Juvenile Court of the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit of Alabama

Section 45-28-81.02 Solicitor's fee. (a)(1) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal
cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in this state, a docket fee,
hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. The fees, when
collected, shall be distributed monthly as follows: Three dollars ($3) of the fees assessed

Section 12-19-54 Proceedings for retaxation of excessive costs in probate courts. (a) If the
taxation of costs by a probate court is excessive by charging the costs of witnesses who were
not examined, by charging costs to an improper party or by taxing costs contrary to law, the
party aggrieved may move the court for a retaxation, setting forth the particulars in which
the clerk has erred. This section shall apply to costs taxed in probate courts in all cases
and proceedings where such courts have jurisdiction, and any aggrieved party to any case or
