Section 45-19-80.30 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR
SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) In Coosa
County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized,
there shall be assessed by the clerk of the circuit court a one hundred dollar ($100) charge
on the service of all failure to appear warrants executed by the deputies or Sheriff of Coosa
County. (b) The service fee imposed in this section shall be assessed against a defendant
upon conviction. The clerk of the court shall enter the amount of the fee provided in this
section on the docket sheet and shall collect the fee in the same manner and same time as
other court costs. The service fee may be waived by the court for good cause shown. (c) The
revenues derived from this fee shall be distributed as follows: (1) Twenty-five dollars ($25)
of the fee shall be distributed to the Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Fund...

Section 9-11-55 Nonresident freshwater fishing licenses - Annual license; penalty. Nonresidents
of the state 16 years of age or older shall not take, catch, kill or attempt to take, catch,
or kill any fish in any of the fresh waters of this state without first procuring an annual
nonresident freshwater fishing license which shall authorize the holder to fish in any legally
available fresh waters of this state, by filing with any person authorized to issue the license
an affidavit stating the applicant's age, place of residence, and post office address and
after paying to the person issuing the license a fee of forty-four dollars ($44), plus a two

Section 9-11-56 Nonresident freshwater fishing licenses - Trip license; penalty. Any nonresident
of this state 16 years of age or older shall not take, catch, kill or attempt to take, catch,
or kill any fish in any of the fresh waters of this state for a period of seven consecutive
days or less without first procuring a trip fishing license in the same manner provided for

Section 45-36-241.46 Voiding of license tag upon invalid payment. In cases where a personal
check given for a license tag is found to be noncollectible for any reason, the revenue commissioner
has the authorization to void any license tag in question. The revenue commissioner shall

license tag has been voided, the revenue commissioner shall receive credit for the cost of

Section 45-15-80.11 Drug and violent crime reduction fee. (a) In addition to all other fees
and court costs, in all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile,
district, and circuit courts in Cleburne County, a docket fee in the amount of five dollars
