Section 40-9-1 Persons and property generally. Section 40-9G-2 Incentives for qualifying projects; filings; audits; promulgation of regulations. (a) For any qualifying project, an abatement may be allowed for ad valorem taxes and construction related transaction taxes. (a) After review of the violation by law enforcement, any county or municipal governing body or law enforcement office located in Mobile County operating an electronic device shall send the owner of a vehicle, that has been detected by the device as being involved in a school bus violation, a notice of violation by U.S. mail. Section 45-49A-60 Retirement benefits. (a) This section shall apply to any municipality in the State of Alabama having a population, according to the latest federal census, between 175,000 and 225,000 persons.
