Section 45-12-81 Salary of judge of probate. Effective the beginning of the next term of office,
the Judge of Probate of Choctaw County shall be entitled to receive an annual salary of fifty-five
thousand dollars ($55,000) to be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund
of the county. Such salary shall be the entire compensation received by such judge for his
or her services in any official or ex officio capacity. Such salary shall be in lieu of all
