Section 16-60-170 Authorization to maintain school. The Alabama State Board of Education in
cooperation with the Alabama Board of Corrections shall maintain the established trade school
adjacent to the Frank Lee Youth Center in Elmore County. This school shall give priority to

Section 45-45-161 Distribution of payments. (a)(1) Pursuant to the authority granted by Section
40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley Authority to the
state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner: (1) Up to

Section 45-45-180 Authority to provide road-related services and materials to churches, individuals,
firms, or corporations. (a) The Madison County Commission is hereby authorized and empowered,
under the conditions and limitations set forth herein, within Madison County, to go upon private

Section 45-45-70 Adoption of laws and codes; inspectors; fees. (a) In Madison County, the county
commission shall adopt building laws and codes by ordinance which shall apply to all commercial
or industrial improvements in the county. The building laws and codes of the county commission
shall not apply to any municipality which is enforcing its building code and law within the
corporate limits of the municipality without the express consent of the municipality. The
county commission may employ building inspectors to see that its laws and codes are not violated
