Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Section 45-8-173.01 Additional recording fee; Mental Health Advisory Board; disposition fee. (a) In addition to any fees currently assessed, the probate office of Calhoun County shall charge an additional fee of four dollars ($4) on certain transactions as provided herein in the probate office of Calhoun County. For purposes of this section, a transaction means the recording of any document in the probate office and the issuance of a marriage license by the judge of probate. The fee shall be paid by the party filing the document or persons receiving the marriage license at the time of the transaction in the probate court. After the first year of the operation of this part, the Calhoun County Mental Health Advisory Board may increase or lower the fee, provided the fee may not exceed six dollars ($6). (a) The Board of Health of Dale County may fix a schedule of fees which shall cover the actual cost or a portion thereof involved in the performance of services rendered pursuant to the duties, functions, and programs required by law or regulation of the county or State Board of Health. (b) The Dale County Board of Health is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the administration of this section. Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure. (a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule, a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service shall be valid for a period not to exceed 12 calendar months.
