Section 45-45-82.03 Juvenile court Advisory Board and Drug Abuse Prevention Fund. (a) In all
criminal and juvenile delinquency cases in the circuit and district courts of Madison County
wherein the defendant or the juvenile is charged with a violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled

Section 11-3A-4 Alcoholic beverage licenses in Class 3 municipalities with elected county commission
chair. (a) This section shall apply to any county with a Class 3 municipality that has an

Section 45-45-242.01 Budgetary operations and functions. (a) The Tax Assessor and Tax Collector
of Madison County, respectively, shall each be responsible for the budgetary operations and
functions of his or her office. The expenses of each office shall be financed on a pro rata
