Section 9-2-121 Land Resources Information Center; survey and compilation of data; agencies to file legal instruments. (a) There is hereby created and established within the Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources a State Land Resources Information Center which shall compile certain data and information as hereinafter prescribed on all state owned lands, including those lands owned by state supported educational institutions, excepting however, lands acquired for highway rights of way. Section 10A-10-1.15 Merger. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them: (1) ALABAMA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST. Section 34-27-36 Disciplinary action - Generally. (a) The commission or its staff may on its own, or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions and records of a licensee. The commission may issue subpoenas and compel the testimony of witnesses and the production of records and documents during an investigation. If probable cause is found, a formal complaint shall be filed and the commission shall hold a hearing on the formal complaint.
