Section 45-49-100.20 Annual appropriation. (a) The Mobile County Commission shall appropriate annually for a period of 10 years the sum of one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) from the county general fund to the Mobile County School Board. The board shall use the funds for retirement of debt.
