Section 45-44A-40.04 Accounting of costs; report. The City of Tuskegee shall post and maintain an account of the cost of abating the nuisance on each separate lot or parcel of land where the work is done by it or its agent, independent contractor, or employees, and shall render an itemized report in writing to the City Council for the City of Tuskegee showing the cost of removing the nuisance on each separate lot. Before the report is submitted to the city council, a copy of the report shall be posted for at least three days prior thereto on or near the door of the city hall, together with a notice of the time when the report shall be submitted to the city council for confirmation.
