Section 11-42-61 Notice of passage of resolution and hearing for property owners to show cause why property should not be subject to taxation. If objections are filed, at the time stated in the notice, the governing body of the municipality shall hear and consider all evidence, objections, and protests regarding the proposed removal of weeds. The governing body of the municipality may continue the hearing from time to time.
