Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
