Section 27-24-2 Sole surety - Corporations. Except as provided in Section 27-24-4, whenever
any person or corporation is, or may be, required or permitted to execute bond or other undertaking,
of whatsoever nature, with surety, or sureties, for the faithful discharge or performance
of the duties of any state, county, municipal, precinct, township, district, or corporate
office or position or of any position of public or private trust or employment for the faithful

qualified registered engineer or the commission, without said names, may employ a person who

spirituous, vinous, or fermented liquors in any county subject to this subpart shall file

Section 11-8A-3 County government bond financing review form. (a) In addition to any and all
other documents presented for examination and execution of a bond financing agreement which,
for the purposes of this chapter, takes place at the time a county commission makes an official
award of the bonds, the county commission shall execute a county government bond financing
review form. The standard review form shall be prepared by the Department of Examiners of
Public Accounts and shall include statements to the effect that: (1) The county commission

Section 45-44-150.01 Qualifications of members. (a) Each racing commissioner shall take the
same constitutional oath of office as any other county officer, and shall give bond payable
to Macon County in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) conditioned that such

work or services for churches, schools, individuals, and nonprofit associations or corporations
