Section 32-7C-23 Local assessment fees; quarterly reports; distribution of funds; audits. (a) A TNC shall collect a local assessment fee equal to one percent of the gross trip fare for all prearranged rides that originate in the state in accordance with this article. (b)(1) No later than 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, a TNC shall submit to the commission all of the following: a. The total local assessment fees collected by a TNC. b. For prearranged rides that originated within a municipality, a report listing the percentage of the gross trip fare that originated in each municipality during the reporting period. c. For prearranged rides that originated outside a municipality, a report listing the percentage of the gross trip fare that originated in the unincorporated portion of each county during the reporting period. (a) Each Alabama state individual income tax return form for the 2009 tax year and each year thereafter shall contain a designation as follows: "Alabama Military Support Foundation, Incorporated. Section 40-9F-4 Tax credits calculated, claimed, reserved, granted; transfer or assignment of tax credits. (a) The state portion of any tax credit against the tax imposed by Chapters 16 and 18, for the taxable year in which the certified rehabilitation is placed in service, shall be equal to 25 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for certified historic structures, and shall be 10 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for qualified pre-1936 non-historic structures. Section 11-2A-2 Annual compensation of certain local officials. Effective October 1, 2000, the annual compensation which a county shall pay to a county commissioner, a judge of probate, a sheriff, a tax assessor, a tax collector, a revenue commissioner, a license commissioner, and an elected assistant tax assessor or collector shall be as set out below: (1) SHERIFF. Section 36-27C-7 Contributions. (a)(1) By September 1 of each year, the board, based on the funds appropriated by the Legislature for employer contributions to defined contribution savings plans for the ensuing fiscal year and the number of participants, shall determine the maximum amount of employer match contribution available for each participant. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to require the Legislature to appropriate an employer match or any other monies to the Employee Savings Plan. (2) The employer match contribution as established in subdivision (1) shall be available to each participant in the plan and funded into the 401 plan established by the board for the participant.
