Section 45-40-245.36 Enforcement. The taxes authorized to be imposed by this subpart shall
constitute a debt due the county and may be collected by civil suit, in addition to all other
methods provided by law and in this subpart. The taxes, together with interest and penalties

Section 11-3-11.3 Collection of local taxes - Department of Revenue. (a) Counties may, upon
request of the county commission, engage the Department of Revenue to collect and administer
any county sales, use, rental, lodgings, tobacco, or other local taxes for which there is

Section 40-21-102 Levy of tax; sourcing of total sales price for telegraph or telephone services.
(a) There is hereby levied, in addition to all other taxes of every kind now imposed by law,
and shall be collected as herein provided, an excise tax on the storage, use, or other consumption
