Section 45-28A-71 Compensation of chair and board members. (a) There is hereby established a monthly compensation schedule for the chair and two board members of the Rainbow City Gas, Water, and Sewer Board in Etowah County, to be paid as follows: The chair of the board shall receive three hundred dollars ($300) per month; the two board members shall receive one hundred fifty dollars ($150), each, per month. (b) The Chair of the Rainbow City Utilities Board shall be entitled to additional compensation in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200) per month.
