Section 45-7-20 Distributions of beer tax proceeds. Any law to the contrary notwithstanding,
in Butler County, the proceeds of the beer tax collected pursuant to Section 28-3-190, shall
be paid and distributed as follows: (1) All taxes collected on sales within the corporate
limits of a municipality shall be paid to the municipality who shall, after deducting three
percent for administering the tax, distribute 33 percent to the Butler County Board of Education
and retain the balance for the general fund of the municipality. (2) All taxes collected on
sales outside the corporate limits of a municipality shall be paid to the Butler County Commission,

Section 45-22-161 TVA Payments Fund. (a) Any payments coming into the treasury of Cullman County
that are derived, directly or indirectly, from payments by the Tennessee Valley Authority
in lieu of the payment of ad valorem taxes shall be placed in a separate fund to be known
as the "TVA Payments Fund." Except as provided in subsection (b), the monies in
the fund shall be paid out and used in the following percentages and manner: (1) Fifty percent
shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, repair, construction, and reconstruction of
the public roads and bridges in Cullman County. (2) Twenty-five percent shall be distributed
directly to the incorporated municipalities in Cullman County on the basis of population.

Section 45-48-242 Additional tax on wholesale price of spirituous or vinous liquors. In Marshall
County, in addition to all other taxes of every kind now imposed by law, there is hereby levied
and shall be collected a county tax at the rate of five percent upon the wholesale price of
all spirituous or vinous liquors sold by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to any retailer
of spirituous or vinous liquors or beverages containing such liquors. The county tax herein

Lowndes County. (b) There is levied and imposed, in addition to all other taxes of every kind
