Section 45-8-60 Expense allowance. The coroner shall be entitled to an allowance of not more
than three hundred dollars ($300) per month for expense incurred in and about the performance

Section 12-10A-1 Compensation of judges - Uniform plan. (a) In recognition of the disparity
in compensation of circuit and district judges caused by varying amounts of local supplements
to state salaries and the need for a uniform plan of compensation, the following comprehensive
plan is adopted for the compensation of judges. This plan, when implemented, shall reward

Section 45-49-70 Salary. (a) The members of the Mobile County Commission, the governing body
of Mobile County, shall each receive an annual salary of fifty-seven thousand dollars ($57,000).
Such compensation shall become effective at the beginning of the next term of the county commission
