Section 34-27A-54 Adoption of rules; revision of requirements. The board may adopt rules not
inconsistent with this article which are reasonably necessary to implement, administer, and
enforce this article. The requirements for an appraisal management company may be revised
as necessary to comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act
of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-203, and regulations issued thereto, or any subsequent amendments

Section 9-16-105 Constitutionality and validity of article. (a) If Public Law 95-87, or any
rule or regulation promulgated thereunder or any part of such Public Law 95-87, is adjudged
unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, then such provisions of this article, or such
rules or regulations as were adopted in order to comply with the provisions of Public Law
95-87 which correspond to such constitutional or invalid provisions shall become void and

Section 11-24-3 Fines; injunctions; inspections; enforcement of chapter. (a) Any owner or developer
failing to comply with the permitting requirement or otherwise violating this chapter or any
rule or regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000)

Section 25-5-340 Department of Labor to perform administrative duties for certification of
employers. The Department of Labor, Workers' Compensation Division, shall promulgate by rule
or regulation procedures and forms for the certification of employers who establish and maintain
a drug-free workplace which complies with this article. The department may charge a fee for
the certification of a drug-free workplace program in an amount which shall approximate the
administrative costs to the department of the certification. The certification fees shall

Section 45-49-252.04 Certificates of need. Certificates of need as required by Section 45-49-252.03
may be obtained for the management of solid waste in the following manner: (1) An applicant
for a certificate of need for a solid waste management activity or facility shall petition
the Mobile County Commission to deter- mine the need of such requested service by the applicant.
The applicant shall provide the commission with the following information as applicable: a.
A statement of purpose and need for the activity, service, or facility. b. A statement of
funding sources. c. A statement of financial resources of the applicant. d. A statement of
