Section 34-27A-54 Adoption of rules; revision of requirements. The board may adopt rules not inconsistent with this article which are reasonably necessary to implement, administer, and enforce this article. The requirements for an appraisal management company may be revised as necessary to comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-203, and regulations issued thereto, or any subsequent amendments or regulations issued thereto. Section 25-5-340 Department of Labor to perform administrative duties for certification of employers. The Department of Labor, Workers' Compensation Division, shall promulgate by rule or regulation procedures and forms for the certification of employers who establish and maintain a drug-free workplace which complies with this article. The department may charge a fee for the certification of a drug-free workplace program in an amount which shall approximate the administrative costs to the department of the certification.
