Section 45-4-82.02 Special transaction fee. In addition to all other fees and costs provided
by law, a special transaction fee not exceeding two dollars ($2) shall be paid to the Bibb
County Judge of Probate when any public business is transacted in his or her office. The special

Section 45-19-82.04 Fees for remote access of records. (a) The Judge of Probate of Coosa County
may charge and collect fees up to one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) or the equivalent of the
regularly established photocopy fees, whichever is greater, for the remote access of records

Section 10A-30-1.05 Certificate of formation; name of association; dissolution; applicable
to professional associations formed prior to January 1, 1984. Prior to January 1, 1984, person
or persons may form a professional association by executing and recording the certificate
