Section 45-42-82.20 Investigators. The lawfully appointed investigators of the District Attorney for the Thirtyninth Judicial Circuit shall have the same arrest authority and powers vested in deputy sheriffs of Limestone County while such investigators are performing authorized duties within Limestone County.
