Section 45-42-100 Compensation. (a) Each member of the Limestone County Board of Education
shall receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250)
per month. This expense allowance shall be in addition to any other expense allowances provided

Section 45-47-230 Expense allowances. (a) The County Commission of Marion County is
authorized and directed to pay the chief deputy sheriff, each deputy sheriff, and the sheriff's
clerk an additional expense allowance of one hundred dollars ($100) per month payable from
the general fund of the county. The expense allowance shall be in addition to all compensation
or allowances heretofore payable to each such officer. (b) The Sheriff of Marion County shall

Section 45-40-60 Expense allowances. (a) The Lawrence County Coroner shall be paid an
expense allowance from the county general fund in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars

Section 45-18-60.1 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE

(a) After February 10, 2014, the Coroner of Conecuh County shall receive a total expense allowance
in the amount of six thousand two hundred ninety-three dollars ($6,293) per year, which shall

Section 45-8-60.01 Salary and expense allowance; assistant coroners. (a) This section
shall apply only to Calhoun County. (b)(1) After May 6, 2009, the coroner shall continue to
