Section 45-45-80.40 Expense allowance. (a) In Madison County, in addition to any and all other
compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law, there shall be paid to each
member of the jury commission an expense allowance in such an amount as, together with any
amount paid by the state, as salary, compensation, or expense allowance, shall make the total

Section 45-47-230 Expense allowances. (a) The County Commission of Marion County is authorized
and directed to pay the chief deputy sheriff, each deputy sheriff, and the sheriff's clerk
