Section 45-3-120.01 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following words and terms
shall have meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE. An individual who
is assigned to an on-going position, full or part-time, authorized by the county commission
and whose salary is paid with funds allocated by the county commission, regardless of the
source of those funds, and who must initially complete a probationary period. (2) FULL-TIME
EMPLOYEE. An individual who works for the county on an on-going basis and is regularly scheduled
to work the county's established full-time work week as defined by the county commission.
(3) PART-TIME EMPLOYEE. An individual who works for the county on an on-going basis but is
regularly scheduled to work less than the hours established for full-time employees as defined
by the county commission. (4) TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE. An individual who works for the county for

Section 12-8-4 Reimbursement of expenses of members; payment of printing, postage, etc., of
conference. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law relating to reimbursement of traveling
expenses of public officers and employees, the Chief Justice, justices, judges, lawyer members,

Section 29-2A-3 Employees and staff; administration; director; transfer of property to commission.
(a) On October 1, 2019, the employees and staff of the Alabama Support Team for Evidence-based
Practices of the Legislative Services Agency, Fiscal Division, responsible for implementing

Section 45-49-121.01 Election and procedures to determine whether Utilities Board of Town of
Citronelle subject to civil service system. (a) The following definitions apply to this section:

Section 12-17-198 Appointment, number and compensation of assistant district attorneys. (a)
The district attorney may appoint full-time or part-time assistant district attorneys to perform
prosecutorial duties in the district or circuit courts within the circuit for which the district
attorney shall have administrative responsibility. The number and compensation of such assistant
