Section 11-65-7 General provisions respecting members of commission. No member shall vote on
or participate in the discussion or consideration of any matter coming before a commission
in which he, his immediate family, or any business enterprise with which he is associated
has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest; provided, however, that when any such matter
is brought before a commission, any member having an interest therein which may be in conflict
with his obligations as a member shall immediately make a complete disclosure to such commission
of any direct or indirect pecuniary interest he may have in such matter prior to removing
himself and withdrawing from the commission's deliberations and vote on the matter presented.
In furtherance, and not in limitation of the foregoing provision, no member or employee of
a commission, and no spouse, child, parent, brother, or sister of any such member or employee,

Section 22-28-21 Air pollution emergencies. (a) Any other provisions of law to the contrary
notwithstanding, if the director finds that a generalized condition of air pollution exists
and that it creates an emergency requiring immediate action to protect human health or safety,
the director shall order persons causing or contributing to the air pollution to reduce or
discontinue immediately the emission of air contaminants, and such order shall fix a place
and time, not later than 24 hours thereafter, for a hearing to be held before the Environmental
Management Commission. Not more than 24 hours after the commencement of such hearing, and
without adjournment thereof, the Environmental Management Commission shall affirm, modify

Section 45-10-244.33 Payment of taxers herein levied; reports by taxpayers. The sales taxes
authorized to be levied in Section 45-10-244.32 shall be due and payable in monthly installments
on or before the twentieth day of the month next succeeding the months in which the tax accrues.
All taxes levied in this subpart shall be paid to and collected by the State Department of
Revenue at the same time and along with the collection of the state sales tax. On or prior
to the due dates of the tax herein levied each person subject to such tax shall file with
the State Department of Revenue a report or return in such form as may be prescribed by the
department, setting forth, with respect to all sales and business transactions that are required

Section 45-36-252.06 Bonds of the authority; obligations. (a) In addition to all other powers
now or hereafter granted by law, the authority shall have the following powers, together with
