Section 34-37-12 Revocation of certificates. The board may revoke or suspend any certificate or registration if obtained through concealment, misstatement, or misrepresentation of any material fact in the application for such certificate. The board may discipline any person as defined in Section 34-37-1 for a violation of any law or ordinance pertaining to the business of the holder and may impose fines, administrative fees, or penalties not to exceed two thousand dollars $2,000 for each violation. The board may also order restitution. Before a certificate or registration may be suspended or revoked, the holder thereof shall have notice in writing, enumerating the charges against him or her, and be entitled to a hearing by the board not sooner than five days from receipt of notice. (a) Whenever, on the basis of any information available to it, including receipt of information from any person, the regulatory authority has reason to believe that any person is in violation of any requirement of this article or any permit condition required by this article, the regulatory authority shall immediately order an inspection of the surface coal mining operation at which the alleged violation is occurring unless the same information is available to the regulatory authority as a result of a previous inspection. Section 28-3-186 Penalties for failure to pay taxes collected, execution issued for unpaid taxes, etc. (a) Every wholesaler licensee collecting taxes on malt or brewed beverages levied by this article shall timely pay the same to the board as provided in this article. The game commonly known as bingo, which is a game of chance played with cards printed with five rows of five squares each.
