Section 45-32-81 Expense allowance. The District Attorney of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit
shall receive, in addition to any other compensation heretofore provided by law, an expense
allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per month from each of the counties comprising
the judicial circuit. The expense allowance shall be paid from the solicitor's fund of the
Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, the child support enforcement fund of the Seventeenth Judicial
Circuit, or any other funds available at the discretion of the district attorney which are

Section 45-38-70 Salary. (a) Each member of the Lamar County Commission shall devote his or
her full time to the business of the commission, effective upon the next term of office of
any of the members. (b) The members of the Lamar County Commission shall receive an additional
