Section 45-12-60.01 Additional expense allowance. (a) The Choctaw County Commission may provide
an additional expense allowance for the coroner in an amount which shall not exceed three
hundred dollars ($300) per month. This expense allowance shall be in addition to other expense

Section 45-27-83 Compensation; clerks; reimbursement for expenses. (a) The Judge of Probate
of Escambia County shall be compensated on a salary basis which shall be in lieu of all fees
