Section 45-37A-240.27 Fees. (a) An offender may be assessed a nonrefundable application fee
when the offender is approved for the pretrial diversion program. The amount of the assessment
for participation in the program shall be in addition to any court costs, fees, and assessments
for the Crime Victim's Compensation Fund, Department of Forensic Sciences assessments, drug,
alcohol, or anger management treatment required by law, and any costs of supervision, treatment,
and restitution for which the offender may be responsible. A schedule of payments for any

Section 45-41-83.12 Drug court coordinator; meetings of drug court team; transfer of participants.
(a) Specifically with a drug court program, the board shall hire or contract for an individual
as the drug court coordinator. The drug court coordinator shall be responsible for the general
administration of drug court, with the assistance of the drug court team. The drug court team,
when practicable, shall conduct a meeting prior to each drug court session to discuss and

commitment seeking the involuntary commitment of a respondent, the probate court may order
that the respondent participate in outpatient treatment provided by a designated mental health
facility. (b) The probate court shall not order outpatient treatment unless the designated
mental health facility has consented to treat the respondent on an outpatient basis under
the terms and conditions set forth by the probate court. (c) If outpatient treatment is ordered,
