Section 22-9A-25 Enforcement. Each local and deputy registrar is charged with the strict and thorough enforcement of the provisions of this chapter in his or her registration district, under the supervision and direction of the State Registrar. He or she shall make an immediate report to the State Registrar of any violation of this section coming to his or her knowledge by observation, upon complaint of any person, or otherwise. The State Registrar shall thoroughly and efficiently execute the provisions of this chapter and rules of the board in every part of the state and shall possess supervisory power over local registrars and deputy registrars, to ensure the compliance with all requirements of this chapter. Section 30-5B-5 Registration of order. (a) Any individual may register a foreign protection order in this state. To register a foreign protection order, an individual shall present a certified copy of the order to any circuit or district court clerk in the state and complete an affidavit as provided in subsection (d). (b) The court clerk shall enter, as expeditiously as possible, all necessary information into the State Judicial Information System which shall be electronically transmitted by the Administrative Office of Courts to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information System. (a) There is established a Polygraph Examiners Board consisting of five voting members who are citizens of the United States and residents of the state for at least two years prior to appointment, all of whom shall have been engaged for a period of four consecutive years in their profession as polygraph examiners prior to appointment to the board and engaged at the time of appointment as an active polygraph examiner.
