Section 16-13-231 Purposes and plan of apportionment. (a) In addition to all other appropriations and apportionments of public school money now provided by law and made available for public schools there shall be apportioned and paid to local boards of education from the Foundation Program Fund, the amounts to be determined as hereinafter provided and in accordance with regulations of the State Board of Education. This Foundation Program Fund shall be used principally: (1) To aid in providing at least a 180 full instructional day minimum school term, or the hourly equivalent thereof, except as otherwise provided in paragraph c. of subdivision (1) of subsection (b); and, (2) To assist in the promotion of educational opportunity for all children in the public schools. Section 34-39-16 Complaints; notice and hearing; judicial review. (a) Any person may file a complaint with the board against any licensed occupational therapist or licensed occupational therapy assistant in the state charging the person with having violated this chapter. The complaint shall set forth specifications of charges in sufficient detail so as to disclose to the accused fully and completely the alleged acts of misconduct for which he or she is charged. Section 34-9-63 Permit to use parenteral sedation. The issuance of a permit for general anesthesia shall include the privilege of administering parenteral sedation in accordance with this section. The issuance of a permit for parenteral sedation shall include the privilege of administering intravenous sedation. All current intravenous sedation permit holders are entitled to a parenteral sedation permit subject to the renewal and regulatory provisions afforded to the Board of Dental Examiners by this chapter. The term parenteral sedation shall not include the use or regulation of nitrous oxide.
