Section 27-7-4.2 Licenses - Applicability to insurance producer. (a) Nothing in this chapter
shall be construed to require an insurer to obtain an insurance producer license. In this
section, the term "insurer" does not include an insurer's officers, directors, employees,
subsidiaries, or affiliates. (b) A license as an insurance producer shall not be required
of any of the following: (1) An officer, director, or employee of an insurer or of an insurance
producer, provided that the officer, director, or employee does not receive any commission
on policies written or sold to insure risks residing, located, or to be performed in this
state and any of the following: a. The officer, director, or employee's activities are executive,
administrative, managerial, clerical, or a combination of these, and are only indirectly related

Section 34-21-125 Coordinated licensure information system; exchange of information. (a) All
party states shall participate in a coordinated licensure information system of all licensed
registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. This system shall include information on
the licensure and disciplinary history of each nurse, as submitted by party states, to assist
in the coordination of nurse licensure and enforcement efforts. (b) The commission, in consultation
with the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system, shall formulate necessary
and proper procedures for the identification, collection, and exchange of information under

Section 34-24-302 Denial, suspension, revocation, etc., of license; investigation; mental,

repository of case information, which shall be known as the State Case Registry and shall
contain records with respect to: (1) Each case in which services are being provided by the
