Section 45-6-241 Imposition of excise taxes; monthly report; failure to comply. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this subsection. (1) COUNTY. Bullock County. (2) COMMISSION. The Bullock County Commission. (a) The following words and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) AVIATION GASOLINE. Section 40-12-172 Transient dealers. Each person doing business as a transient dealer as defined in this section and who does not pay the privilege license under Section 40-12-73 or the license permit under Section 40-25-19 shall pay an annual license tax to the state of $30.
