Section 36-25-27 Penalties; enforcement; jurisdiction, venue, judicial review; limitations period. (a)(1) Except as otherwise provided, any person subject to this chapter who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B felony. (2) Any person subject to this chapter who violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (a) An agriculture authority may be established in any county to construct and operate facilities to promote agricultural businesses, operations, and commodities, workforce development, and economic development within the county as further provided in this article. (a) The West Alabama District Board of Health shall designate the services rendered by the Bibb County Health Department for which a reasonable fee may be charged and shall set the maximum allowable fee to be charged for each service.
