Section 12-23A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) ADVISORY COMMITTEE. A local committee which may consist of the following members or their designees: a. The drug court judge, who shall serve as chair. b. The district attorney. c. The public defender or a member of the criminal defense bar. d. The drug court coordinator. e. The court clerk. f. A community corrections or court referral officer, or both. g. A pretrial services provider. h. A law enforcement officer. i. Substance abuse treatment providers. j. Any other person the chair deems appropriate. (2) ASSESSMENT. A diagnostic evaluation for placement in a treatment program which shall be performed in accordance with criteria certified by the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse Services Division. Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a) The purpose of this section is to establish within the Legislature complete control over regulation and policy pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories in order to ensure that such regulation and policy is applied uniformly throughout this state to each person subject to the state's jurisdiction and to ensure protection of the right to keep and bear arms recognized by the Constitutions of the State of Alabama and the United States. Section 16-6D-9 Tax credit claims; administrative accountability; verification of requirements; rules and procedures. (a)(1) An individual taxpayer who files a state income tax return and is not claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer, a taxpayer subject to the corporate income tax levied by Chapter 18 of Title 40, an Alabama S corporation as defined in Section 40-18-160, or a Subchapter K entity as defined in Section 40-18-1 may claim a credit for a contribution made to a scholarship granting organization. (a) Each permitholder shall maintain the following records for at least three years from the date on which the last bingo game is conducted: (1) An itemized list of the gross receipts for each session.
