Section 45-41-180.01 Solicitation prohibited. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in solicitation, including requests for charitable contributions, along the right-of-way or at the intersection of a four-way stop on any public road, street, or highway in Lee County. (b) A person who violates this section shall be subject to a civil fine, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Section 45-37-123.103 Death benefits. (a) Preretirement death benefits. A vested member's beneficiary is entitled to a preretirement joint survivorship pension, as described below. (1) MARRIED MEMBER. If a married, active member dies, then the beneficiary may elect, on a form provided by the pension board, to be paid in one of the following forms: a.
