Section 45-37A-51.03 Board of managers. (a)(1) In order to assure representation of all participants of this system, there shall be a board of managers of five members for the administration, management, and control of the supplemental pension system, including administration, management, control, acquisition, and disbursement of the fund. (1) To solicit, encourage, and guide the development of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public charter school authorizer, shall issue and broadly publicize a request for proposals for public charter school applications by July 17, 2015, and by November 1 in each subsequent year. Section 8-32-3 Requirements for selling or offering to sell service contracts. (a) Either the provider or its designee shall: (1) Provide a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the service contract to the contract holder. (2) Provide a copy of the service contract to the service contract holder within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase.
