Section 45-40-81.01 Juvenile probation services. (a) In Lawrence County, in addition to all other costs and charges in district and juvenile court cases with the exception of small claims cases, a fee of five dollars ($5) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the district court. The monies derived from the additional fees provided for by this section shall be paid into the county treasury and the fund shall be kept as a separate fund in the county treasury.
