Section 45-40-81 Law library. (a) In addition to any and all other costs and charges of courts, there shall be taxed as costs the sum of two dollars ($2) in each civil or quasi civil action, criminal case, quasi criminal proceeding, or any other case of any kind whatsoever filed in the probate, municipal, district, or circuit courts in Lawrence County.
