Section 45-40-230 Salary; cost-of-living adjustments. (a) Effective the next term of office,
the Sheriff of Lawrence County shall receive the salary the sheriff is receiving on December

2002, until September 30, 2002, the Sheriff, License Commissioner, Tax Assessor, and Tax Collector
