Section 45-31-232 Fees; disposition of funds. In Geneva County, the total fee for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol as provided by Section 13A-11-75, shall be twenty dollars ($20) per year. Section 45-37-233 Pistol permit fee. (a) This section shall be known as the Pistol Permit Reduction Act of 1999 for Jefferson County.
