Section 11-80-10 Licensing of junkyards located within and outside police jurisdictions by municipalities and counties. (a) As used in this section, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) JUNKYARD. (a) An offender who meets one of the following minimum criteria shall be considered eligible for punishment in the community under this article: (1) Persons who, without this option, would be incarcerated in a correctional institution or who are currently incarcerated in a correctional institution.
