Section 45-43-100.01 Compensation (a) In Lowndes County, upon resolution passed by a majority of the members of the county board of education, in lieu of any other compensation, salary, or expense allowance provided by law, each member of the county board of education shall be entitled to receive compensation in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per month.
