Section 45-26-142.09 Board of directors. (a) The affairs and business of the district shall be managed by a board of directors consisting of seven members who shall be appointed in the following manner: (1) The county commissioner or commissioners in Elmore County in whose county commission district or districts the fire district created by this part is located shall collectively appoint one member who shall be a qualified property owner.
