Section 15-20A-6 Allegation of sexual motivation. (a)(1) The indictment, count in the indictment, information, complaint or warrant charging the offense may include a specification of sexual motivation or the prosecuting attorney may file an allegation of sexual motivation in any criminal case classified as a felony or Class A misdemeanor if sufficient admissible evidence exists that would justify a finding of sexual motivation by a reasonable and objective finder of fact. Section 32-6-18 Penalties - Violations in general; disposition of funds. (a) Any person of whom a driver's license is required, who drives a motor vehicle on a public highway in this state without first having complied with this article or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), to be fixed in the discretion of the judge trying the case. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a Pre-Trial Intervention Program, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender.
