Section 45-49-252 Definitions. The following words, phases, or terms as used in this
part, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meanings: (1) ABANDONED

Section 9-9-31 Tax levy to defray expenses of proposed works and improvements generally;
water management tax record; additional taxes. (a) After the list of lands and other property
with the assessed benefits and the decree and judgment of the court have been filed as provided
in Section 9-9-29, the board of water management commissioners shall without unnecessary
delay levy a tax of such portion of said benefit on all lands and other property in the district
to which benefits have been assessed as may be found necessary by the board of water management
commissioners to defray the costs and expenses of the proposed works and improvements as incorporated
in the plan of water management, plus 10 percent of said total amount for emergencies. The

Section 45-39-82.05 Program requirements; records restorative justice initiative. (a)
An offender who enters into the pretrial diversion program shall satisfy each of the following
requirements: (1) Voluntarily waive, in writing, his or her right to a speedy trial. (2) Agree,
in writing, to the tolling of periods of limitations established by statutes or rules of court
while in the program. (3) Waive, in writing, his or her right to a jury trial. (4) Provide
a statement written by the offender, admitting his or her participation in, and responsibility
for, the offense which is the subject of the application for entry into the pretrial diversion
